The Curse of Mr. Bean is the 3rd episode and it was aired on 30 December 1990.
In this Mr. Bean episode, Bean visits the local pool where he realises he's scared of diving, tries to find a way to leave the car park without paying, makes a sandwich in the park sitting next to, jumps a traffic light in his car by getting out and pushing it and then takes his girlfriend to watch a scary movie.
