About this Mr. Bean episode:
The Return of Mr. Bean is the second episode and it was aired on 5 November 1990.
In the first act, Bean sees a busker playing a saxophone and wants to drop some change in his saxophone case. He doesen't have any change but he come up with an ideea.
In the second act, Bean tries out his new American Express charge card at Allders department store.
In the third act,  Bean celebrates his birthday by going to a restaurant  for a steak tartare (after gifting a birthday card to himself), which he expected to be a real steak, which he tries many ways not to eat it.
In the 4th act, Mr. Bean has an unfortunate altercation with Queen Elizabeth II. When things go nasty, Bean makes a run for it.
